Acceptance of BGD33 Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Player") and the bgd33 platform ("bgd33", "we", "platform") when you access, register for, or use any part of the bgd33 website or its related services.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any feature of the bgd33 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. This acceptance is an absolute condition for using bgd33 services.

These Terms are supplementary to the bgd33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are accessible on their respective pages. All such policies form part of the overarching agreement between you and bgd33.

User Eligibility

To be eligible to use the bgd33 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the bgd33 platform.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where access to online betting services is permitted under the local laws applicable to you.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period that you or bgd33 has activated on your account.
• Not listed on any exclusion list under a responsible gambling programme you have voluntarily enrolled in.
• Acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any corporate entity or other individual.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or is not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings at the time of registration or while using bgd33's services.

BGD33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and may suspend or close accounts that fail to meet the above requirements. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the bgd33 platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Registration & Account Management

Registering a bgd33 account is free and requires no payment. During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration constitutes a violation of bgd33's terms of use and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual may only hold one active bgd33 account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. If bgd33 detects the existence of multiple accounts linked to the same individual based on personal information, IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances and winnings forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any verification codes (OTP or 2FA) associated with your bgd33 account confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. BGD33 will never request your password or OTP through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported an account compromise to bgd33 before that activity took place.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

BGD33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), proof of address, and documents related to your payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal facility.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the bgd33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). BGD33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian options:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other banks listed on the bgd33 platform

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at bgd33 is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on your payment method and account verification level. BGD33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment service providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond bgd33's control.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method registered under the same user's name. BGD33 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within one to three business days.

4.3 Conditional Bonus Withdrawal

Any bonus funds received must meet the specified wagering requirements before the relevant amount can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before the requirements have been met will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until those requirements are fulfilled.

Betting, Games & Results

Betting and gaming available on the bgd33 platform includes Sports Betting (football, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, slots, and table games. All bets are subject to the rules and limits set by bgd33 for each market or game.

5.1 Finality of Betting Decisions

All betting decisions that have been confirmed and accepted by the bgd33 system are final and cannot be reversed by the player. A confirmed bet may only be cancelled under exceptional circumstances, such as a clear technical error on bgd33's end, or if the relevant match or market is cancelled in accordance with the applicable rules. BGD33 will proactively notify players if a market cancellation occurs.

5.2 Odds Errors

While bgd33 strives to ensure the accuracy of all displayed odds, technical errors resulting in clearly unreasonable odds (for example, odds significantly higher than fair market value) may occasionally occur. BGD33 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that contain an obvious error, even if those bets were confirmed before the error was detected. The original stake will be refunded to the player's account in such cases.

5.3 Live Betting

In Live Betting on bgd33, there may be a delay between actual in-match events and what is displayed on the platform due to technical network limitations. Players found to be systematically exploiting such delays to gain an unfair advantage will face account action, including closure and forfeiture of winnings.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

BGD33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance our members' gaming experience. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion, and those specific terms form part of these general Terms & Conditions of bgd33.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn as cash.
• BGD33 reserves the right to revoke any bonus if a player is found to have violated the promotion terms or general terms of use.
• Promotions may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated by bgd33.
• BGD33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or loyalty programme at any time without prior notice, subject to rights already earned by players.

Misuse of the bgd33 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, using automated software or bots, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions — is a serious violation that will result in immediate account action.

Prohibited Conduct

Bgd33 players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any form of fraud, manipulation of the betting system, or deliberate exploitation of technical errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the bgd33 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software that interacts with the bgd33 platform without written authorisation.
• Misuse of Insider Information: Using confidential or insider information to gain an unfair advantage in betting.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure of the bgd33 platform.
• Identity Fraud: Submitting false or falsified identification documents or personal information during the bgd33 verification process.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your bgd33 account, or using someone else's account.
• Disruption to Other Users: Any behaviour that disrupts, threatens, or harms other players on the bgd33 platform.

BGD33 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account found to be in violation of the above prohibitions, including temporary suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation. Cases involving criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

BGD33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Voluntary closure request by the player.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Activity that poses a security or financial risk to bgd33 or other players.

When an account is closed at the player's own request and no terms have been violated, any cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If the closure is due to a terms violation, bgd33 reserves the right to withhold the relevant balance depending on the circumstances of the breach.

Players who have activated self-exclusion may not reopen their account or register a new account on bgd33 until the exclusion period has ended. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and your own responsible betting commitment.

BGD33 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, bgd33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of betting outcomes, including unexpected or unusual losses.
• Service disruptions caused by events beyond BGD33's control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or government actions.
• Losses resulting from the player's own use of an unsecured device or network.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

BGD33's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the amount held in that player's bgd33 account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. BGD33 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times, though we continually strive toward that goal.

BGD33 Terms & Conditions Amendment

BGD33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the bgd33 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the bgd33 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you have the right to close your bgd33 account and withdraw your cash balance before the amendments come into effect.

The latest version of BGD33's Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, with the update date indicated at the top of the document. We encourage players to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bgd33 platform will be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Players are encouraged to contact the bgd33 support team first via live chat or email to resolve disputes internally within 14 days.
• Step 2 – Mediation: If internal resolution fails, both parties may agree to engage an independent mediation service.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in Malaysia.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking interim relief or an injunction from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

The official language for all disputes, communications, and proceedings relating to these Terms is Bahasa Melayu and/or English. In the event of any discrepancy between versions in different languages, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
